Shelley Miranda Barrett (born c.1974), also known as Shelley Norton, is a Welsh actress, best known for her role as Mandy in the BBC television series ''Satellite City''.〔("Penarth actress remembers Satellite City", ''Penarth Times'', 5 December 2009 ).
